Questions owners ask first.
What are the NFC table cards?+
A card on each table with an NFC chip and a QR code. Guests tap it with their phone or scan it, and your menu opens for that table - to order, or to call a waiter. We also make Google review cards. They are made to your design, so ask us for a price.
Do I need to buy any hardware?+
No. BaithoBitao runs in the browser on the phones, tablets and laptops you already have. A thermal receipt printer is optional - bills can go on WhatsApp instead.
Are the bills GST-ready?+
Yes. Bills carry your GSTIN and the CGST/SGST split, numbered in their own series - one series per branch if you have more than one.
How do I and my staff sign in?+
Owners sign in with their mobile number and a code, and open any of their businesses from one list. Staff sign in with a code to their phone, or with a username and password you give them.
What happens to my data?+
Each business's data is kept in its own separate space. You can see it, export it and close your account, and customers can use their rights under the DPDP Act, 2023.
